"The Tenant" - Watercolor Mixed Media Painting

A new personal piece created with watercolor, Copic Markers, and mixed media on cold press paper. Because the feelings I wanted to convey here aren't the most straightforward, I incorporated a more abstract sense of lighting and color than usual , while still using rendering to ground the piece. I filmed the process for this painting, and I'll be editing the results soon for what I hope will be an insight into my current mixed media process.
